What to do now that I am a Moderator?

Just a few ideas on what a Moderator does around the forum.

They can edit posts/threads by moving, deleting, merging, etc.
I also allowed Moderators to ban other members. (This action is very important)

Why is it important? : Because it gets rid of spammers, bots and disrespectful members, which is a good thing.

A bad thing would be abusing it. Lets say you have an undesirable hate against a member on the forum and ingame and suddenly you ban them. And you're whole reason is probably "He/She is being a total bxtch" or "He/She invited someone and made him/her Jr. and I'm not even one yet (But you're a mod in the forum)" If you ban someone once (without a legit reason) it's a warning, twice - another warning, more than 2 bans - you're probably demoted and you can't apply for moderator anymore (remember this is without a reason).

All bans must have a legit reason! Vernie and I must know.

So please, don't start being a poser and be all like "I'm Moderator and I can do anything!"
If we find out that you have been harassing other members, you're demoted.
Remember I'm always on, watching over the forum.
(This is not a threat, but a reminder to all Moderators/Soon To Be Mods)

Admins : Edit the whole forum and do basically everything
Moderators : Ban members and edit threads.
